Delete your Speech Elephant account and data
วิธีที่ 1: ลบเองในแอป (ทันที)
- เปิดแอป Speech Elephant และเข้าสู่ระบบ
- แตะเมนูมุมซ้ายบน
- เลือก “ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด” แล้วยืนยันสองครั้ง
Option 1: delete it yourself in the app (immediate)
- Open Speech Elephant and sign in.
- Tap the menu in the top-left corner.
- Choose “ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด” (Delete account and all data) and confirm twice.
วิธีที่ 2: ส่งคำขอ (ภายใน 30 วัน)
ถ้าไม่มีแอปหรือเข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้ กรอกอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร เราจะลบบัญชีภายใน 30 วัน
Option 2: send a request (within 30 days). If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, enter the email you registered with and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted: your account and sign-in, personal details, health information, assigned exercises, scores, streak, sugarcane and elephant cosmetics. Exercises a clinician created for you (words and pictures) may remain with your name removed. Speech Elephant never stores voice recordings in the first place.
