Terms of Service

By accessing or using Speech Elephant (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Speech Elephant is an AI-powered platform that provides gamified speech therapy exercises designed by qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), available via mobile application (iOS and Android) and web browser.

The Service is available to users of all ages. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

All content, AI models, exercise materials, branding, and technology within the Service are the exclusive property of Speech Elephant and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Some features may require the purchase of in-app currency (“Sugar Cane”) or premium subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speech Elephant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
