ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

Speech Elephant is provided by Uphasia Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., 278 Lat Phrao 109, Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand (“the Company”). By registering for or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

A Thai speech-practice app for adults with aphasia, used together with a speech-language pathologist. It comprises an Android app, a web app at app.speechelephant.com, and a clinician web app at slp.speechelephant.com.

Users must be patients aged 18 or over, or the patient's legal representative, such as a guardian or curator, who registers and consents on the patient's behalf. The Service is not designed for children.

Give accurate information, keep your password secret, and tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using your account. You can delete your account at any time from the top-left menu of the app, “ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด” (Delete account and all data), or at speechelephant.com/delete-account.

• Using the Service unlawfully
• Accessing or trying to access other people's data
• Disrupting, penetration-testing or damaging the system without permission
• Impersonating anyone, including posing as a clinician without authority

The Service is free, has no ads and no real-money purchases. Sugarcane and elephant cosmetics are earned only by practising, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If paid features are ever introduced, we will set out the terms first and ask for your agreement.

We process your data as set out in the Privacy Policy, including explicit consent for health data and for transfers outside Thailand.

The Speech Elephant software, content, images and marks belong to the Company or its licensors. You may use them for your own practice only.

We aim to keep the Service running and accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free. To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the Service. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms and will tell you why, unless telling you would break the law or harm others.

These Terms are governed by Thai law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
